Our Gi Jiu Jitsu program focuses on traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques with strong influences from Judo and Sambo. You’ll learn how to control, submit, and defend using the grips and leverage of the kimono (gi). Classes emphasize technical precision, timing, and strategy—perfect for beginners building a foundation or experienced practitioners refining their craft.
