Our Gi Jiu Jitsu program focuses on traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques with strong influences from Judo. You’ll learn how to control, submit, and defend using the grips and leverage of the kimono (gi). Classes emphasize technical precision, timing, and strategy—perfect for beginners building a foundation or experienced practitioners refining their craft.

Our Grappling program combines techniques and principles from No Gi Jiu Jiu Jitsu and Submission Wrestling, as well as other grappling arts to create a dynamic, fast-paced approach to ground fighting. Students train in Rash guards and shorts instead of relying on clothing grips. These classes emphasize fluid movement, pressure, and adapta

Our Striking program is an all-levels class focused on boxing and kickboxing techniques. You’ll develop solid fundamentals in footwork, defense, and combinations while improving conditioning, timing, and confidence. Whether you’re new to striking or looking to sharpen your stand-up skills, this class provides a safe, supportive environment for all experience levels.

Our Yoga program complements your training and recovery by improving flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Led by experienced instructors, these sessions help reduce stress, prevent injury, and enhance overall performance. Yoga at Function Jiu Jitsu is open to everyone—no experience required.

 Our Recovery Class is designed to help you reset your mind and body after a week of training.

Using mobility drills, guided stretching, and myofascial release techniques, this session soothes sore muscles, restores range of motion, and calms your nervous system. You’ll leave moving better, feeling lighter, and ready to get back on the mats.
